With the extension Advanced notifications PRO for OpenCart 3.x and now for OpenCart 2.3.x you can easily create custom notifications.

• Option to select whether the notification will be displayed again to the customer or not if he closes the notification or the notification will auto close.
• Assign notifications to specific categories, products, information or manufacturer pages or all.
• Added ability to copy/duplicate a notification or more notifications at once. Performance optimizations.
• All the settings are in tabs for better organization.
• Choose for which customer groups you want the notification to be displayed. Leaving all customer groups not selected will apply the notification on all customer groups and on guests.
• Conditional logic! You can select specific conditions when this notification will be displayed. Conditions are linked with AND / OR and ON. Conditions groups are linked with OR condition.
• Gantt chart support for better notifications overview and scheduling
