How much until coupon code activation

With this modification you can inform your customers how much more they need to spend to activate a new coupon code.

Once the customer reaches the first coupon code then this is displayed and informs the customer how much he needs to spend for the next level.

Once the customer reaches the last level then he is informed that he reached the highest coupon code.

Example:

Tier 1: User must reach $1000
Tier 2: User must reach $2000
Tier 3 (last): User must reach $3000
